  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegtable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapples
  • 2 cups mashed bannas
  • 1 cup pecans
  • - ************for frosting*************
  • 16 ounces bag of powder sugar
  • 1 stick butter (soften)
  • 8 ounces cream chesse (soften)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make humming bird cake & cream chesse frosting

  • Step 1
    In large bowl, add all purpose flour
  • Step 2
    baking soda,salt,sugar,ground cinnamon
  • Step 3
    eggs,vegtable oil,vanilla
  • Step 4
    Add crushed pineapples and mashed bannas
  • Step 5
    Grease baking pan and bake at 350 for a 45 min to 1 hour until done
  • Step 6
    FOR FROSTING
  • Step 7
    IN large bowl,,, add your bag of powder sugar, 1 stick of butter, tsp vanilla extract, and 1- 8 oz cream chesse,,,
  • Step 8
    Mix well and spread on cool cake
