crushed pineapples

mashed bannas
1 c
pecans
************for frosting*************
16 oz
bag of powder sugar
1 stick
butter (soften)
8 oz
cream chesse (soften)
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Humming Bird Cake & Cream Chesse Frosting

Step-by-Step

  • 1In large bowl, add all purpose flour
  • 2baking soda,salt,sugar,ground cinnamon
  • 3eggs,vegtable oil,vanilla
  • 4Add crushed pineapples and mashed bannas
  • 5Grease baking pan and bake at 350 for a 45 min to 1 hour until done
  • 6FOR FROSTING
  • 7IN large bowl,,, add your bag of powder sugar, 1 stick of butter, tsp vanilla extract, and 1- 8 oz cream chesse,,,
  • 8Mix well and spread on cool cake
