How to Make Honey Cran-Cranberry Topping
- 1Bring the honey, salt, and cranberry juice to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the dried cranberries, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the fresh or frozen cranberries, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, until some of the berries have burst and the juices have cooked down and thickened.
