How to Make FUDGE FROSTING
- In a large sucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter. Heat over low heat until melted, and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, gradually add powered sugar, beating viforously with a wooden spoon until smooth. Makes 4 cups.
