I created this recipe to highlight my Black Walnut Pound cake. I wanted the frosting to be as unique as the cake, & this is my interpretation of my vision for the recipe. It turned out even better than I had anticipated. It REALLY COMPLIMENTED THE CAKE in flavor. The Fancy Nut Solo Filling combined with the BLACK WALNUTS & other ingredients TO CREATE A CREAMY FROSTING, created a very unique flavor, with just a hint of the FRANGELICO LIQUEUR. I made this to go with the 30 cup Pound cake that I made, in hopes of sharing it with Family @ our REUNION THIS YEAR. It is a winner for sure.
