I was looking for a pineapple filling for a cake I was making, and found this one in a magazine. I tryed it and loved it.

  • 1 can(s)
    ( 20 oz ) dole crushed pineapple undraned
  • 1 pkg
    ( 3.4 oz ) jell-o vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 1 c
    thawed cool whip whipped topping

How to Make Easy Pineapple Filling for cakes.

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in a medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  2. Using a angel food cake or any vanilla cake ,Stack cake on a plate spreding pudding mixture between layers and top of cake.
  3. Refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with you favorite seasonal berries.
