I was looking for a pineapple filling for a cake I was making, and found this one in a magazine. I tryed it and loved it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can ( 20 oz ) dole crushed pineapple undraned
  • 1 package ( 3.4 oz ) jell-o vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 1 cup thawed cool whip whipped topping

How To Make easy pineapple filling for cakes.

  • Step 1
    Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in a medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Step 2
    Using a angel food cake or any vanilla cake ,Stack cake on a plate spreding pudding mixture between layers and top of cake.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with you favorite seasonal berries.
