Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
18 ozchocolate cake mix
1/2 cmelted butter or vegetable oil
3 ozpkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding
8 ozcontainer sour cream
1/4 crum or brandy liqueur
1 tspvanilla extract
6 ozpkg. mini chocolate chips
1 cchopped pecans
1 can(s)chocolate fudge frosting
How to Make Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
- Heat oven to 350^. Spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick butter spray. Set aside.
- In a large mixer bowl add the cake mix, melted butter,dry pudding mix, and sour cream, mix well for about 2 minutes..Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Add rum, and vanilla beat for about 2 minutes.
- Hand stir in the chocolate chips and pecans., blend well.
Pour mixture into prepared bundt pan and bake for about 50 minutes-test with wooden toothpick for doneness. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes; then remove from pan to cool completely.
- When cake is cooled. Heat the frosting in the microwave for 3 to 5 seconds, until spreadable. Spread or drizzle over top of cake and let drizzle down sides of cake. Decorate top with pecans if desired. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a heaping spoonful of crushed fresh strawberries.
