Black Magic Icing
Hope all of you like the icing. Be sure to let the milk get room temperature.
2/3 croom temperature milk (don't use skim or 2%)
1/2 ccrisco solid shortening (not liquid)
How to Make Black Magic Icing
- Beat the butter and sugar.
Then add flour
Add milk gradually as you are mixing (with a mixer)
After mixing all ingredients, frost the cake and enjoy.
If your icing separates, your milk was probably too cold. Use homogenized milk only. Good luck
