banana walnut bunt cake__bebita

I made this for my family yesterday and it was so yummy that I just ate the last slice hehe!!! I hope I wrote it right I was in a hurry lol Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 - box of yellow cake
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup crushed walnuts or as much as you like!
  • FOR GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon water it could also be milk

How To Make banana walnut bunt cake__bebita

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees...Peel bananas and puree with a fork.
  • Step 2
    Add the cake mix, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs, oil and 1/2 cup of water, and bananas that have been puree into a bowl. Mix for 2 minutes then add the walnuts in. Spray bunt cake pan with pam, pour batter in pan and bake for 38 to 43 minutes, I myself took it out at 38 minutes.
  • Step 3
    For glaze, add confectioners sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and water in a small bowl and mix, drizzle over warm cake.
