Blue Ribbon Recipe

Ok, strawberries and bananas... that's two servings of fruit - right? This a quick & easy dessert. It's basically a brownie and banana split combined...the best of both worlds! Have napkins handy because it's a little messy but so yummy. We loved the flavors from the banana and pudding layer. The walnuts and chocolate drizzle are the perfect topping. It'll be a hit at your next cookout. This cool and creamy dessert will satisfy both the fruit and chocolate lover.

How To Make banana split brownie cake

  • Brownies baked in a pan.
Bake brownie mix as directed and let cool. I usually under cook my brownies just a little for a more chewy brownie.
  • Preparing the pudding.
Make instant pudding and chill until brownies are cooled.
  • Sliced bananas on top of the brownies.
Once brownies are cooled, slice the bananas right on top of the brownies until they have a nice layer all over.
  • Pouring the pudding on top of the bananas.
Pour the pudding on top of the bananas.
  • Cool Whip spread on top of the pudding.
Now, spread the Cool Whip on top of that.
  • Placing strawberries on top of the Cool Whip.
Slice up your strawberries and spread over the top. I chunk cut mine so you get a strawberry in every bite, lol.
  • Sprinkling walnuts on top of the dish.
Now, sprinkle your walnuts all over and you're done. Keep refrigerated until time to eat. Refrigerate for several hours before cutting.
  • A slice of Banana Split Brownie Cake on a plate with chocolate drizzled on top.
Sometimes I drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top too. If I'm really craving chocolaty goodness.
