I have has this recipe for a long time- and usually make it for all my holiday and summer block parties. It is moist and very flavorful- great served with pineapple sherbet.
I hope you enjoy this family recipe-It was posted in my first book I wrote in 1982 when I worked at the newspaper as a food editor.
