Ingredients

  • 1 c
    vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    macadamia nuts, toasted
  • 8 1/2 oz
    pineapple, crushed, drained
  • 1 medium
    kiwi, peeled and sliced

How to Make Aloha Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees, 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition.
  5. Stir in nuts; pour over crust.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes.
  7. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  8. Chill - Before serving, top with fruit.
