Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teff flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup bob's red mill 1 to 1 all purpose gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk kefir
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
How To Make gluten free whole grain pancakes

Step 1Preheat nonstick skillet or griddle.

Step 2Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 3In a 2 cup measure, mix wet ingredients.

Step 4Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Do not beat or overmix.

Step 5Drop onto preheated skillet and cook.
