How to Make Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Because this recipe is so easy, I have added no quantities for your ingredients. Use your discretion.
  2. Using blender or grinder, grind clean, dry seeds into a fine powder. Add water until it is the right consistency for pancake batter. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Drop onto greased or non-stick pan on med-high heat. Size of pancake is up to you. Cook first side until you see bubbles on top. Flip and cook til done. Serve.
