Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup plain lowfat,yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted,melted and cooled
How To Make puffy buckwheat pancakes

Step 1Stir together the flours,baking powder,baking soda,salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.

Step 2In another bowl ,stir together the yogurt,egg,milk,and cooled melted butter.

Step 3Pour the liquid ingredients into the mixing bowl and stir until combine.

Step 4Spray the surface of a large skillet with cooking spray.Heat it over medium high heat.

Step 5For each pancake, spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto the surface and cook until the top begins to bubble and the bottom is golden.

Step 6Flip each pancake and cook it until it is golden on the second side.Serve them warm with maple syrup or fresh fruits and whipped topping.
