My grandson rarely has time to have breakfast before he bikes to work. So, I began looking for cookie recipes that would be healthy. I wanted something simple and found this no bake recipe. I added one ingredient and tried it for the first time today. He loved them!!

Ingredients
- 4 cups oat cereal
- 1 cup dried fruit like craisins, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
How To Make no bake breakfast bars

Step 1In large bowl, mix cereal, nuts, fruit and chips.

Step 2As you do this, on low heat mix and melt peanut butter and honey.

Step 3Pour liquid into the mix and mix well.

Step 4Grease oblong or square pan and press into with fingers. Food handlers gloves keeps your hands clean. Let cool and either wrap in plastic wrap or seal in zipper bags.
