Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil / canola oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cups chopped, tart apples
- 1 cup craisin ( dried cranberries)
- 1 cup chopped, walnuts
How To Make new england apple cake

Step 1heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x9x2 or 12- cup bundt pan.

Step 2Mix sugar, oil and eggs until blended: beat 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients except apples,craisins and walnuts: beat 1 minute. Stir in apples,craisins and nuts. Pour into pan.

Step 3Bake until wooden pick comes out clean.
