  • 2 scoops bariatric advantage protein shake powder vanilla - 27 gm protein
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar free jello (powder)
  • 8 ounces water, cold
  • - blender
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (can add before of after blending)

    Orange Dreamsicle: vanilla extract orange sugar free jello *for more orange flavor add orange extract
