    bariatric advantage protein shake powder vanilla - 27 gm protein
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar free jello (powder)
  • 8 oz
    water, cold
  • ·
  • 1/2 c
    ice cubes (can add before of after blending)

How to Make High Protein Shakes


  1. Cherry Vanilla:

    vanilla extract
    cherry jello sugar free black
  2. Orange Dreamsicle:

    vanilla extract
    orange sugar free jello
    *for more orange flavor add orange extract
  3. Lemon Creamsicle:

    vanilla extract
    Lemon sugar free jello
    *for more lemon flavor add lemon extract
  4. Pineapple Cream:

    pineapple extract
    1/4 tsp lemon sugar free jello
  5. Lemon Raspberry Cream:

    raspberry sugar free jello
    lemon extract
