Healthy Sweet Potato Breakfast Brownies

2 csweet potatoes pureed
1 csmooth almond butter
1/4 cmaple syrup, honey, or stevia
1/2 ccocoa powder
1/2 cchocolate chips (optional)
1 csoft cream cheese
1/2 cchopped walnuts
How to Make Healthy Sweet Potato Breakfast Brownies
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease 8 x 8 pan
- In a large mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients; mix fully. Pour into baking pan.
- Bake 20-22 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Cool and frost with cream cheese, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Cover and keep refrigerated or freeze.
