Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes pureed
  • 1 cup smooth almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, honey, or stevia
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 cup soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

How To Make healthy sweet potato breakfast brownies

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease 8 x 8 pan
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients; mix fully. Pour into baking pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake 20-22 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Cool and frost with cream cheese, chocolate chips, and nuts.
  • Step 4
    Cover and keep refrigerated or freeze.
