  • 2 c
    sweet potatoes pureed
  • 1 c
    smooth almond butter
  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup, honey, or stevia
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 c
    soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts

How to Make Healthy Sweet Potato Breakfast Brownies


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease 8 x 8 pan
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients; mix fully. Pour into baking pan.
  3. Bake 20-22 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Cool and frost with cream cheese, chocolate chips, and nuts.
  4. Cover and keep refrigerated or freeze.
