Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose gluten free flour (i use king arthur)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups liquid (i used unsweetened vanilla hemp milk)
How To Make gluten free coconut flour pancakes

Step 1Grind flax seeds into a meal. Soak in 2 Tbsp. water for 5 minutes.

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients. Stir in the flax seed meal in its water.

Step 3Cook as you would any pancake recipe. These will take a bit longer to cook through than a regular pancake batter.

Step 4Serve with fruit topping, honey, or maple syrup.
