Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour,unbbleach
- 1 1/2 cups baking powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, light
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch clove, ground
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons dark molasses
- 1/4 cup butter,melted
How To Make gingerbread waffles

Step 1Stir together the flour,baking powder, sugar,salt and spices.

Step 2In another bowl, mix the buttermilk,milk, egg, molasses and melted butter.

Step 3Pour the butter mixture to dry ingredients.

Step 4Heat the waffle iron.Spray with cooking spray.Cook the waffles until they are golden brown.Serve with maple syrup or apple cider syrup.(I will post the recipe for apple cider syrup soon it is very good)
