    onion chopped
  • 1 medium
    celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 4 large
    potatoes, bioled and peeled
  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    lite soy sauce

How to Make EAST - WEST BREAKFAST

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large nonstick skillet saute the onion, celery, and green peppers in 1/4 cup water.
  2. Add the potatoes and the remaining 1/4 cup water
  3. Cook, stirring gently until the vegetables are tender, About 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the rice, cumin, and soy sauce.
  5. Cook, stirring until the bottom browns lightly about 2 minutes.
