- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 - drizzle of ketchup
How To Make breakfast potatoes

Step 1Parboil the potatoes about 5 mins, till fork tender. ( no need to peel)

Step 2In a saute pan add the olive oil med-high, drain the potatoes and add to pan.

Step 3add the remaining ingredients and gently toss frequently till a little crispy.
