Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 - serving of vanilla protein powder ( i use vega or vishape)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • - water to thin out if needed

    Add your fruit, protein powder and liquid. Blend baby, blend!
