  • USE 9 OZ OF ABOVE PER 20 LBS GROUND PORK
  • 2 ounces mustard powder
  • 1 ounce sage
  • 5 ounces tender quick
  • ADD PER 100 POUNDS OF MEAT

    Mix together and grind and put into castings. Smoke for 1 hour and then can or freeze until ready to use
