water

pitted prune
1 Tbsp
raisins
2 Tbsp
oat bran
2 Tbsp
wheat bran
1 Tbsp
wheat germ
1 Tbsp
flax seed
1 tsp
honey
1/2 medium
banana (optional)
1 Tbsp
dried cranberries (optional)

How to Make Quick Healthy Breakfast Porridge

Step-by-Step

  • 1Bring the water with the prune, cranberries and raisins to a boil in a pot; cook at a boil for 3 minutes. Stir the oat bran, wheat bran, wheat germ, flax seed and honey into the fruit mixture. Remove from heat and serve hot. Top with sliced 1/2 banana.
