I use this recipe when I want to reset my Digestive System. Great for Detoxification of the body.

Ingredients

1/2 c
flax seed (brown)
1/2 c
flax seed (golden)
1/2 c
water
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
cloves
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
2 c
dried fruit (of your choice)
1/2 c
blueberries, organic

Step-By-Step

1Mix Flax Seeds with water seasoned with the spices, Refrigerate Overnight.
2Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet, bake at 275 Degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hr. Turning several Times to dry out.
3Add Fruit Mix of choice the last 10 minutes of baking.
Let cool and store in airtight Container.

Use a 1 cup serving with Blueberries & Coconut Milk.
