I use this recipe when I want to reset my Digestive System. Great for Detoxification of the body.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flax seed (brown)
  • 1/2 cup flax seed (golden)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dried fruit (of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, organic

How To Make gluten free flax seed granola cereal

  • Step 1
    Mix Flax Seeds with water seasoned with the spices, Refrigerate Overnight.
  • Step 2
    Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet, bake at 275 Degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hr. Turning several Times to dry out.
  • Step 3
    Add Fruit Mix of choice the last 10 minutes of baking. Let cool and store in airtight Container.
  • Step 4
    Want a perky Breakfast? Use a 1 cup serving with Blueberries & Coconut Milk.
