Prepare the night before to have a filling hot breakfast on hectic mornings.

Ingredients

  • 8 medium
    apples, cored, peeled, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    sugar(i used raw cane sugar)
  • dash(es)
    cinnamon
  • 1
    juice of lemon
  • 1/4 c
    vegan margarine, melted
  • 2 c
    granola

How to Make Breakfast Apple Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. combine ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. cover. Cook on low 7-9 hours(while you sleep!), or on high 2-3 hours(after you're up in the morning).
