Prepare the night before to have a filling hot breakfast on hectic mornings.

8 medium
apples, cored, peeled, sliced
1/4 c
sugar(i used raw cane sugar)
dash(es)
cinnamon

juice of lemon
1/4 c
vegan margarine, melted
2 c
granola

  • 2cover. Cook on low 7-9 hours(while you sleep!), or on high 2-3 hours(after you're up in the morning).
