Ingredients

6-8 slicewhole grain bread (sliced thick)

4-5 largeeggs, room temperature

1 cwhole or 2/% milk

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2-1 tspcinnamon
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract

2 1/2-3 Tbspsugar

How to Make WHOLE GRAIN FRENCH TOAST
- Crack eggs into a 8X8 size glass dish, add salt, cinnamon, sugar, milk & Vanilla whisk till completely blended. Coat both sides of bread with egg mixture.
- Melt a pat of butter into skillet or on griddle, till pan or griddle is hot or use non stick cooking spray. Carefully lay bread slices onto griddle using a spatula, and allow to brown for about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove and place on serving plate, and top with your favorite syrup or dust with powdered sugar. Add more butter if desired. Serve while still warm.
