- 1Weigh each goose egg and write the weight on the egg with a pencil. Goose eggs vary greatly in weight!
- 2Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- 3Boil eggs 1 minute per ounce. If eggs are very large (7-8 oz) boil and extra minute.
- 4Run under cold water to stop cooking and enjoy!
