egg whites w/ green onions omlete breakfast
This is my 2nd. day on my "4 Week Healthy Cooking Challenge." Today I made my frist egg white omlete for breakfast. I had it on aside with toast, Portuguese Sauages & fresh fruit. It looked small but it was filling. Lasted me until a late lunch today. Plus I still feel full & I havent had dinner yet.

Ingredients
- 2 slices 100 whole wheat bread, toasted
- 3 slices portuguese sauage
- 2 slices fresh fruit
- 2 - egg whites
How To Make egg whites w/ green onions omlete breakfast

Step 1Frist toast the bread to a golden brown. Lightly cook the sauage with E.V.O.O..

Step 2Next clean & Slice the fresh fruit. Then mix the green onions, salt & pepper in a cup. Fry in hot pan lightly sprayed mixing to make fluffy.

Step 3Then Plate all together & drink with black coffee.
