This is my 2nd. day on my "4 Week Healthy Cooking Challenge." Today I made my frist egg white omlete for breakfast. I had it on aside with toast, Portuguese Sauages & fresh fruit. It looked small but it was filling. Lasted me until a late lunch today. Plus I still feel full & I havent had dinner yet.

  • 2 slice
    100 whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 3 slice
    portuguese sauage
  • 2 slice
    fresh fruit
  • 2
    egg whites

How to Make Egg Whites w/ Green Onions Omlete Breakfast

Step-by-Step

  1. Frist toast the bread to a golden brown. Lightly cook the sauage with E.V.O.O..
  2. Next clean & Slice the fresh fruit. Then mix the green onions, salt & pepper in a cup. Fry in hot pan lightly sprayed mixing to make fluffy.
  3. Then Plate all together & drink with black coffee.
