This is a great one for gluten free or diets. You won't miss the toast for your fried egg with this one. The white cooks up giving you the effect of toast with out the carbs and fats You can add chopped chives to it as well for that extra zing.

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
How To Make egg clouds

Step 1Preheat oven 450°

Step 2Grease or spray pan

Step 3Seperate eggs set yolks aside

Step 4Whip egg whites until it peaks like meringue

Step 5Gently fold in grated cheese. Any type you like

Step 6Make 4 mounds of the egg whites on pan. Make a shallow well in the middle of the mound and place 1 egg yolk in each mound

Step 7Bake in preheated 450° oven for 6 - 8 minutes depending in how runny you like the yolk
