Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (3-1/2 oz.) dried beef
  • 6 - eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • - salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened

How To Make egg and beef scramble

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-low. Cut or tear beef into bite-size pieces. Saute in butter 3 to4 minutes or untillightly browned. Reduce heat to simmer.
  • Step 2
    Combine eggs with salt, pepper, milk and cream cheese. Pour into skillet and slowly cook until cheese is melted and eggs are thoroughly cooked but stilll moist and glossy, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve with English muffins, toast, or any other breakfast type breads to make a complete meal.
