Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (3-1/2 oz.) dried beef
- 6 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons milk or cream
- 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
How To Make egg and beef scramble

Step 1Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-low. Cut or tear beef into bite-size pieces. Saute in butter 3 to4 minutes or untillightly browned. Reduce heat to simmer.

Step 2Combine eggs with salt, pepper, milk and cream cheese. Pour into skillet and slowly cook until cheese is melted and eggs are thoroughly cooked but stilll moist and glossy, about 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 3Serve with English muffins, toast, or any other breakfast type breads to make a complete meal.
