Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    (3-1/2 oz.) dried beef
  • 6
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk or cream
  • 1 pkg
    (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened

How to Make EGG AND BEEF SCRAMBLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-low. Cut or tear beef into bite-size pieces. Saute in butter 3 to4 minutes or untillightly browned. Reduce heat to simmer.
  2. Combine eggs with salt, pepper, milk and cream cheese. Pour into skillet and slowly cook until cheese is melted and eggs are thoroughly cooked but stilll moist and glossy, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Serve with English muffins, toast, or any other breakfast type breads to make a complete meal.
