Ingredients
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic parsley salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese
How To Make breakfast migas

Step 1Cut Corn Tortillas into strips, then turn and cut into Squares. Toast in oil in skillet until crisp and browned. Set aside.

Step 2In a large skillet, brown up ground beef onion . Scoop into a separate dish, and set aside, Add in Chili Powder and Garlic parsley salt.

Step 3Shred Cheese. Mix corn tortillas, meat and onion back into skillet Sprinkle and mix in Chese.

Step 4In a separate Bowl, Whisk eggs. Pour over Meat and tortilla mixture. Incorporate until eggs are done.
