Ingredients

1 c
almond meal
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
baking soda
4
eggs
2 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
vanilla extract
cooking oil or spray

How to Make Gluten and Grain-Free Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 2In a medium bowl, mix eggs, honey and vanilla.
  • 3Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix well.
  • 4Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5Warm up a frying pan on high heat with a thin layer of cooking oil or non-stick cooking spray of your choice.
  • 6Fry pancakes about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown.
  • 7Serve with fresh fruits, syrup or honey.
