How to Make Gluten and Grain-Free Pancakes
- Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a medium bowl, mix eggs, honey and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
- Warm up a frying pan on high heat with a thin layer of cooking oil or non-stick cooking spray of your choice.
- Fry pancakes about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh fruits, syrup or honey.
