How to Make Gluten and Grain-Free Pancakes
1Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
2In a medium bowl, mix eggs, honey and vanilla.
3Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix well.
4Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
5Warm up a frying pan on high heat with a thin layer of cooking oil or non-stick cooking spray of your choice.
6Fry pancakes about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown.
7Serve with fresh fruits, syrup or honey.
