This dough was lovingly prepared a day ahead. Refrigerated, dusted, kneaded, risen twice, flattened and stretched for a perfect crust. With pizza "It's the crust that's makes all the difference".

Ingredients For poor mans pizza

  • 1/2 lg
    green bell peppers, red onion
  • 1/2 slice
    canadian bacon
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme, dried, & oregano
  • 3/4 c
    italian style tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • MADE WITH MY YUMMY YEAST BREAD DOUGH KNEADED AND ROLLED FLAT AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT TEARING.

How To Make poor mans pizza

    Rinse & Slice veggies, and prepare Italian tomato sauce by adding dried oregano, thyme, and garlic to canned tomato sauce.
  • Cheesy topped Pizza Ready for the oven.

    Spread 2 Tbls sauce across bottom of pizza dough. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, pepperoni, top with liberal amt of mozzarella & sparse amt cheddar cheese.
  • Fresh Baked

    Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees until edges are browned and cheese is bubbly. Remove let cool 5 minutes before serving.
