Trust me you want a large bowl and to stir. It over flowed the first time I made this, lost half my breakfast. I like the oatmeal without the sweeteners and milk.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk, soya milk or coconut milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons raisins, dried cranberries or chopped prunes
- 1 teaspoon wheat bran
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make creamy microwave oatmeal

Step 1Combine the water, milk, salt, fruit and bran in a large microwave bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Step 2Stir in oatmeal and cinnamon. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes. Stir at 1 minute intervals. Cover and let sit for 1 minute.

Step 3You can add brown sugar, coconut sugar or pure maple syrup and milk, if desired.

Step 4This recipe can be multiplied to increase servings. Increase the cooking time as necessary.
