Ingredients
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make homemade banana-chocolate chip pancakes

Step 1In bowl, whisk together flour, chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda. In another bowl, whisk together egg, buttermilk, banana, oil, sugar and vanilla.

Step 2Make a well in dry ingredients, add wet ingredients to well, mix until just combined. Let sit 10 mins, or until bubbly.

Step 3Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat. Place 1/4 cup batter in skillet, cook until bubbles form, then flip over. Cook another 2 mins, repeat w/ batter.
