How to Make Tomatoes On Toast
- Cook tomatoes, butter , salt, pepper and tapioca in a saucepan stirring constantly ,until tapioca is transparent. Heat milk to just scalding point, add tomato mixture slowly to prevent curdling and bring slowly to boiling point- BUT DO NOT boil. Serve over butter garlic toast or savory bread.
- I personally like to eat it in a bowl with seasoned buttered croûton's and crumbled bacon on top.
