Ingredients
- 12 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham, i used maple flavored
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 - eggs
- 3 cups 1% milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
How To Make healthy layered breakfast bake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Line baking dish w/ 6 slices of bread. Layer bread w/ 1/2 the ham. Sprinkle w/ 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper. Pour over bread mix. In another bowl, combine melted butter and cornflakes. Sprinkle over casserole.

Step 3Bake for 50 mins.
