Ingredients
- 2 pounds bag frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) real butter (not margarine)
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make dee-dee's hash brown casserole

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese.

Step 2Place mixture in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
