best oatmeal ever
(In my opinion) I was looking for a way to have oatmeal that was healthy and tasty but not loaded with sugar, this is the result.

Ingredients
- 5 -6 cup my coconut milk recipe
- 1/4 cup rasins
- 1/4 cup dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/8 cup dried cherries, cut in half
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 3 tablespoons cream of wheat, quick-cook style
- 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- - fresh or frozen fruit, blueberries, peaches etc
How To Make best oatmeal ever

Step 1pour coconut milk in med. sauce pan, add dried fruit, vanilla and cinnamon, over med. heat bring to a full boil.

Step 2In a bowl lightly mix dry ingredients, pour slowly into boiling mixture while stirring. Stirring constantly bring to a full boil then lower heat to simmer for about 5 minutes. a few min. longer if needed

Step 3If too thick add applesauce or more coconut milk. Serve with fresh or frozen fruit, toast and nuts for a totally healthy breakfast.
