There's nothing better on a relaxed Saturday morning than a simple, yummy quiche with some homemade honey oatmeal toast with jam and coffee!

Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup half n half
  • 4 ounces grated soft cheese, such as butterkase
  • 10 - campari tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 - medium sweet onion, diced (or you could use 1 spring onion)
  • - cavender's greek seasoning, to taste
  • 1 - pillsbury pie crust

How To Make saturday morning quiche

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs, milk and half n half together. Add diced onion, grated cheese and Cavender's Greek Seasoning.
  • Step 2
    Line pie plate with pie crust. Layer the bottom of the pie crust with sliced tomatoes. Pour egg mixture over tomatoes (they will float to the top).
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until egg mixture is firm. Serve hot.
