ham and potato cheese quiche

this is great for a light supper with my broccoli coleslaw or fancy enough for company

Ingredients

  • 1 can 5 oz. ham
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 large sweet onion or shallot
  • 1 small yukon gold potato ,cubed
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayannaise
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 large 9" pie shell
  • dash paprika

How To Make ham and potato cheese quiche

  • Step 1
    Peel and dice potato and add to a microwave bowl add I/4 water and cook for 5-6 minutes and then drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Open Ham and crumble in pie shell and add the following Slice onion in small dice; add to pie shell and add potato and chesses ( can add all cheddar if don't like gouda ) ,
  • Step 3
    In another mixing bowl add eggs whisk till blended ,add mayonnaise and milk and flour and salt.
  • Step 4
    Pour egg mixture on top of ham and cheeses and use a fork to make sure it goes into the shell.Sprinkle with paprika
  • Step 5
    Let set on counter for 10 minutes and then bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then 350 till set in middle.
