Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • FILLING:
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 8 oz cups cream cheese
  • 2 - yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How To Make cheese blintz casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor.Blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Grease 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Beat together all filling ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Pour half of the batter into the casserole dish.
  • Step 5
    Drop filling teaspoonfuls over batter; spread evenly. The filling will mix slightly with the batter.
  • Step 6
    Pour remaining batter over filling.
  • Step 7
    Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 50-60 minute,until light golden brown.Serve with fruits.
