Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- FILLING:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 8 oz cups cream cheese
- 2 - yolks
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make cheese blintz casserole

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a food processor.Blend until smooth.

Step 2Grease 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.

Step 3Beat together all filling ingredients.

Step 4Pour half of the batter into the casserole dish.

Step 5Drop filling teaspoonfuls over batter; spread evenly. The filling will mix slightly with the batter.

Step 6Pour remaining batter over filling.

Step 7Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 50-60 minute,until light golden brown.Serve with fruits.
