Ingredients

  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • FILLING:

  • 2 c
    cottage cheese
  • 8 oz c
    cream cheese
  • 2
    yolks
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make Cheese Blintz Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.Blend until smooth.
  2. Grease 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.
  3. Beat together all filling ingredients.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the casserole dish.
  5. Drop filling teaspoonfuls over batter; spread evenly. The filling will mix slightly with the batter.
  6. Pour remaining batter over filling.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 50-60 minute,until light golden brown.Serve with fruits.
