Ingredients

  • 1 pound new red potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup kraft shredded triple cheddar cheese with a touch of philidelphia
  • 1/3 cup real bacon bits -- or 8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 3 - green onions, sliced
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make cheddar, bacon and potato frittata

  • Step 1
    Place the sliced potatoes in a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese, bacon and onions.
  • Step 2
    Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add mayo, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over potato mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges to serve.
