My grandma Anderson's recipe, and its ohhhh so good :)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 medium eggs (well beaten)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups zucchini shreds

How To Make zucchini bread

  • Step 1
    pre-heat your oven to 350* . Combine all your dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    beat Eggs in a separate bowel, then add oil, zucchini shreds, vanilla extract.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a greased and floured bread loaf pan, lined with Parchment paper. ***makes two loafs*** 350* for 1 hour
  • Step 4
    turn bread over and release from pan, and let cool right side up, serve warm, with butter,enjoy!
