Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 medium eggs (well beaten)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups zucchini shreds
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1pre-heat your oven to 350* . Combine all your dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2beat Eggs in a separate bowel, then add oil, zucchini shreds, vanilla extract.

Step 3Bake in a greased and floured bread loaf pan, lined with Parchment paper. ***makes two loafs*** 350* for 1 hour

Step 4turn bread over and release from pan, and let cool right side up, serve warm, with butter,enjoy!
