I love lemon! Any recipe I find that has lemon as a main ingredient is one I want to try. I do not really enjoy baking, so this has the best of both world...lemon and no real baking! Photo and recipe courtesy of Rhodes Bake-N-Serve.
1Remove rolls from pan and brush bottom and sides with butter. Place back in pan and brush top with butter. In a bowl, combine sugar and lemon rind and sprinkle over top of rolls. Bake at 350°F 15 minutes.
2Remove from pan and place on cooling rack. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over rolls while still warm.
