- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs wel beaten
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 packages frozen sliced strawberries
How To Make strawberry bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Lightly grease two losf pan's. line the bottom of each pan with foil.

Step 3In a large bowl , mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, andsalt.

Step 4Make a well in center of thie mixture.

Step 5Pour eggs and oil into well.

Step 6Stir until dry ingredients just become moist

Step 7Pour strawberries into a containner.

Step 8With a slatted spoon, dip out strawberrsand gently stir into mixture.

Step 9Then add juice graduly, stirring until batter is proper consistency.

Step 10The amount of juice varies in strawberries when thawed.

Step 11The batter should not be thin.

Step 12Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

Step 13Let cool in pans for 15 minutes.

Step 14Loosen sides of loaf pan's with a knife.

Step 15Cool completely before sliceing.
