strawberry blueberry bread
Who doesn't love blueberries and strawberries in their bread? I do! The original recipe called for just strawberries, but I had some blueberries, so I threw some in. Bread should be refridgerated.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package cream cheese-8 oz-soften
- 2 cups strawberries- chopped
- 1 cup fresh bluerries
- 1/2 cup butter-softened
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make strawberry blueberry bread

Step 1Using an electric hand mixer, combined butter, sugar and cream cheese. Mix in the eggs 1 at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

Step 2Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combined all ingredients. Add in Buttermilk, stir. DO NOT OVERMIX. Fold in Strawberries and blueberries.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 67 min. Allow to cool in pan 20-30 min. before slicing
